O2 Flexible Benefits Programme
Identity, Animation & Communications Materials
The Brief
Caburn Hope commissioned us to create a distinctive visual identity and a suite of communication materials to support the launch of O2’s new flexible benefits programme. The objective was to present the scheme clearly and attractively, helping employees understand and engage with the full range of benefits available to them.
The Design
We began by developing a coherent visual identity for the programme. The creative concept centred on a white butterfly, symbolising the individual employee, set within a stylised O2 landscape. Around it, a series of vibrant flowers represented the different benefits on offer. This illustration-led approach provided a memorable framework for explaining the programme and made the employee journey feel friendly, accessible and visually consistent across all touchpoints.
Following the identity development, we produced a full set of materials including an information pack with folder and CD-ROM, plus supporting online assets. The animation shown above was designed for use on the O2 Total Rewards website and displayed on plasma screens throughout O2’s offices, where it ran without audio to maintain a smooth and unobtrusive presence.
